Nahant home sale tops $2 million as July deeds show wide price range

Eight deeds were recorded in Nahant between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to the Essex County Southern District Registry of Deeds. Five of the eight listed a sale price, ranging from $667,000 to $2,070,000, with a median of $1,500,000 among disclosed sales. The period's top transaction was 250 Wilson Rd, which sold for $2,070,000 on July 31. Wilson Road and Maple Avenue each saw two transfers. Three deeds, including two apparent same-owner transfers, did not disclose a price. The available data show a wide price spread across single-family and condominium properties, with no basis in the numbers alone to characterize overall market tone.
