Nahant home sales range from $500,000 to $2.1 million in July-August roundup
Ten properties sold in Nahant between July 24 and Aug. 22, with eight of the 10 deeds disclosing a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $500,000 to $2,100,000, with a median of $937,337. The top sale was 12 Lafayette Terrace at $2,100,000, followed closely by 250 Wilson Road at $2,070,000. Two transfers, at 110 Fox Hill Road and 5 Christopher Drive, did not disclose a price and appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust. Six of the 10 sales carried condominium or subdivided-lot designations. No street recorded more than one sale in the period.
