Eight sales listed prices ranging from $500,000 to $2,100,000, with a median of $1,219,837; four transfers, all between matching or related grantor/grantee names, listed no price. The month's top sale was 12 Lafayette Ter (Lot 12 & 13), which sold for $2,100,000 on Aug. 6, followed closely by 250 Wilson Rd at $2,070,000. Wilson Road, Christopher Drive and Maple Avenue each saw two transfers. The data shows a mix of condominium-style and single-property deeds, with no price-trend claims beyond what the recorded figures support.
