Nahant Records Two Sales Above $2 Million as Median Tops $937,000 in August
Nahant recorded 12 deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, with sale prices disclosed in eight transactions ranging from $500,000 to $2,100,000 and a median of $937,337. The top sale was 12 Lafayette Ter. at $2,100,000, where trustee Gray W. Rifkin sold to trustee Jennifer Davis on Aug. 6; the neighboring high mark was 250 Wilson Rd. at $2,070,000. With two sales above $2 million and three others clustered between $935,000 and $965,000, the disclosed-price data points to sustained demand at the upper end of Nahant's market this period.
