Nahant Sales Range From $500,000 To $2.1 Million As Five Deeds List No Price

Nahant recorded 12 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15. Seven deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $500,000 to $2.1 million, with a median of $935,000. The month's top sale was 12 Lafayette Ter, Lot 12 & 13, which sold for $2.1 million on Aug. 6, followed closely by 250 Wilson Rd at $2.07 million. Wilson Road, Maple Avenue and Christopher Drive each saw two transfers. Five deeds, several involving same-family or trust transfers, listed no sale price. With prices split between five sales under $1 million and two above $2 million, the recorded data shows no single price trend for the period.
