Nahant sees $965,000 sale lead a slow month of five recorded deeds
Five properties changed hands in Nahant between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Essex County Registry of Deeds records, with sale prices disclosed in three of five transactions. Disclosed prices ranged from $415,000 to $965,000, with a median of $840,000. The period's top recorded sale was 26 Karolyn Cir, Lot 92A, at $965,000, sold by Steven A. Landry to Makoto Senoo. Three of the five deeds involved a seller acting as a trustee or estate representative, including both transactions that did not disclose a price. With just five total recorded sales, the data offers a limited window into overall market conditions this period.
