Prices were recorded for two of the three: a Castle Road condo unit sold for $1,750,000 and a Lodge Road unit sold for $840,000, for a median of $1,295,000. A third sale, on Willow Road, has no price recorded yet. The Lodge Road sale followed an estate representative as seller, and the Willow Road transfer moved the property to a trustee sharing the seller's name. With just three recorded transfers, the period's trading volume was limited.
